Game tips — Code of conduct
|
This is about showing respect and consideration for your environment, mening your fellow players, other people, plants, animals, equipment, etc.
You should not make any sudden noise or speak when another player is getting ready to play. If you're in a bad mood, try not to take this out on your environment.
You should also avoid smoking when you play, or at least make sure others don't have to suffer from the smoke. Also avoid putting out cigarettes on the ground due to littering and the risk of fires. On sanctioned Swedish events smoking is prohibited.
If someone in your group has lost their disc you should assist in looking for it.
If your group plays faster than the group in front of you, you can ask if you can pass them (does not apply in competitions). In this case both groups should tee off at the same time. Your group will then play the remaining of the hole while the slower group wait. If you play in the slower group, wait for the group behind you and let them pass on the next tee.

To find a disc in the rough isn't always easy, but with a little help you can get lucky...
