Game tips — The stance
The spot where the disc lands after a throw is where you put the marker disc (at least at competitions). The marker disc should be placed side by side with the thrown disc, at the side of the disc that is closest to the basket.

For your next throw, your supporting foot should be placed in the range of 0–30 cm behind the marker disc

The foot is placed behind the marker disc Though not more than 30 cm (1 foot) behind the marker disc

At Out of Bounds (OB) you may move your marker disc so that it is placed up to 1 meter from the OB line.

You are allowed to move the marker disc perpendicular from OB so you have space inbound, no more then 1 meter though

When you have two supporting points when making the throw, for example during straddle putts, you’re allowed to put one foot to the side of the marker. However, the foot placed to the side should not be closer than 90° as seen from an imaginary line towards the basket.
