08-07-09 - Helios plus
Canadian based company Snap Disc sports have produced a more stable version of their long range driver Helios. It is marked with a “+” and will be available soon.
The disc is now available in 150 Class and the new FGR (Fire Grade Resin), a material that resembles Star and ESP plastic.

08-07-08 - Quest AT Defender
Soon to be released; the Defender, a slightly understable long range driver . It has a low and fairly wide rim, dimples on the top and bottom of the rim and a low top. It will be released in SRP plastic (Super Resilient Polymer), but it will also be available in Quest´s new plastic Premier in the future. The disc is not approved by the PDGA yet.

Scream has been retooled for more stability, available in SRP.

The Inferno was released in Premier recently. The company will release all their current long range drivers in this new plastic during 2008.

Quest AT is planning to release 2 or 3 new discs on the market during this year.

Read more about the Defender and other Quest AT products here.
08-07-03 - Discmania PD
So finally, the PD (Power Driver), an over stable driver, is approved and on the way. The disc are developed and designed together with Dave Dunipace and manufactured by Innova. The PD will be released in both D- and S-plastic and probably in weights between 150 and 175grams. Discmania tells us that the PD´s combination of high speed and stability make it possible to throw drives into the wind with confidence, it is an excellent disc for throwing long ranges flex shots.

The PD was on the way last year, but it didn’t make it trough the PDGA rim configuration test, the rim was to sharp. This time it was no problems, its diameter is 21,1cm, , inside diameter 17,3, height 1,7 cm, rim depth, 1,2 cm, rim thickness 1,9 cm, flexibility 11.11 kg and finally rim configuration 48,25.

More info at the Discmania website soon.
