| | 07-11-05 - Impact | This years Ace Race disc got really good reviews from the players and Discraft has decided to release the disc under the name of Impact in ESP-plastic. Impact is an under stable ”long” midrange with a diameter of 21,6 cm. Discraft is comparing it with the Stratus and Storm, and it probably fits in between those two molds as far as stability and speed, but probably with a better glide. One unique feature is the crosshatching texture on the underside of the rim, put their possible for the same reasons why Gateway and Quest puts dimples on their discs. The Impact will reach the stores soon in weights up to 179grams.
The Driver Surge has been released in a Nathan Doss Signature edition to congratulate him to his second Worlds Open title.
Read more about discs on the Discraft website. | |  |  | | 07-11-03 - Markus wins in USA | The Swedish discgolfer Markus Källström took another victory this season at the A-tier event Brandywine Battlejammer in Delaware.
He won with a six stroke margin and scored a new course record with a 53 round.
Markus Källström is temporary living in the United States and has competed at many tournaments during the season, for example at the PDGA National Tour.
Markus had a good season with a second place at the world championships and a victory at the PDGA National Tour-event Sugarbush Open. At the PDGA National Tour he placed at fourth place.
