07-07-12 - DG Aetoaroa news
DG Aetoaroa is based in New Zealand. They have 4 Golf discs and an Ultimate disc and a general-purpose recreational disc on their line-up. These are all PDGA approved. Two new golf discs were approved lately, the Ripper and the Arcturus. They are ready to make their debut at the PDGA pro Worlds this year. DG Aetoaroa also offer the Kiwi catcher III portable and HD (heavy duty) baskets.
Arcturus is the name of a Greek god (The Bear god) and a star and now also a large diameter midrange discs (21,8cm), rim configuration 38,25mm. We guess that it also will be released in that gummy transparent plastic as the Raptor and Tui, comparable with Champion and Z-plastic.

The other is named Rippa, oh no not another blunt-edged-large-diameter approach disc like the Zephyr (!), sorry bad joke, it is not often you see new big sized golf discs. Rippa is 22,6cm in diameter and really blunt, 90,00mm, the rim is actually similar to the previously mentioned Innova Zephyr.
